Business Opportunities

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requires the inclusion of certain clauses should the District (as an FTA grantee) expend grant funds for the activity. The attached General Provisions document is a generalized form of contract to which you as a vendor will need to review and abide by. The federal clauses are not negotiable, and they are in blue font. The required clause matrix below determines the applicability of each clause depending on contract amount and type.
