Notice of Intent:
In accordance with FTA regulation C.4220(1)(f) a Notice of
Intent to Award was sent to U.S. Security Associates Inc. U.S. Security’s bid
was reviewed and found to be the most responsible responsive bidder. Award of
a contract to U.S. Security is contingent upon the consent of our Board of Directors,
scheduled for March 9, 2010.
