Notice of Intent:
On behalf of the Source Evaluation Committee for RFP#10-002,
a notice in accordance with FTA regulation C.4220(1)(f) that Fleetwing Corporation’s
proposal was evaluated to demonstrate the best value among those we received.
Award of a contract to Fleetwing Corporation is contingent upon the consent
of our Board of Directors, scheduled for March 9, 2010.
